• Full payment is received
• All required project details are submitted

If the client does not provide the necessary information, the project may be delayed.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Basic: up to 3 business days
• Standard: up to 5 business days
• Premium: up to 7 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity and communication speed.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a limited number of revisions.
Any additional changes outside the original scope may be charged separately.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate content and instructions
• Respond in a timely manner
• Review submitted work promptly

Delays in communication may affect delivery time.

6. Payments

All services must be paid in full before work begins.
No ongoing or subscription services are included unless clearly stated.

7. Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services:

• Refunds are available only if the project has not started
• Once work has begun, refunds are not available

8. Final Delivery

Final files will be delivered digitally as:

• A fully editable Elementor page, or
• A completed landing page

Delivery format depends on the selected service.

9. Intellectual Property

After final delivery, the client owns the delivered work.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee any specific financial or marketing results.
Our work is intended to improve presentation and conversion potential, but outcomes may vary.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Business losses
• Revenue loss
• Indirect damages

Our responsibility is limited to the service provided.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
