Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy outlines how services are provided and delivered by W Enterprise Agency (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
1. Service Nature
All services provided by W Enterprise Agency are digital and custom-made based on each client’s specific requirements. No physical goods are shipped.
2. Project Initiation
Work on the project begins only after:
Full payment has been successfully processed, and
All required project details, content, and materials have been submitted by the client
Incomplete or missing information may delay the start of the project.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines based on selected package:
Basic Package: up to 3 business days
Standard Package: up to 5 business days
Premium Package: up to 7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, scope, and client responsiveness.
4. Client Communication
Communication will be conducted via email or other agreed channels.
Timely responses from the client are required to maintain the delivery schedule. Delays in communication may result in adjusted delivery timelines.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of revisions as outlined on the pricing page.
Revision requests must:
Be clearly communicated
Remain within the original scope of the project
Additional revisions or changes beyond scope may incur additional fees.
6. Delivery Format
Upon completion, the final deliverables will be provided digitally as:
A fully editable Elementor landing page, or
A completed and deployed landing page
The delivery format depends on the selected service package and prior agreement.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete project information
Submitting all necessary assets (text, images, branding)
Reviewing deliverables promptly
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project.
8. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Incomplete or late submission of client materials
Lack of communication or delayed feedback
Technical issues beyond our control
9. Project Completion
A project is considered completed when:
The final deliverable has been provided, and
The included revisions have been fulfilled
After completion, any additional work may be treated as a new project or subject to additional fees.
10. Post-Delivery Support
Limited support may be provided after delivery, depending on the service scope. Ongoing support is not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed.
11. Digital Delivery Confirmation
All deliverables are sent digitally. Delivery is considered complete once files or access are provided to the client.
